A visit to Bake With Yen Shop

Finally i make my time to paid a visit to this Bakery Shop selling plenty of bakery needs.. Actually i went there to stock up some accessories for the baking needs, especially the piping bag and accessories, i need it for the Black Forest Cake, the 1st time i try to bake this cake it is failed already. You know i failed in which section? The beating egg white section for the sponge cake (not at stiff peak form) and also purchase wrong whipped cream, my recipe required me to buy the Non-Dairy, and so i ask this A Bakery shop, she say this is the Non-Dairy whipped cream, mana tau when i purchase and whip it, it does not successfull become a cream because the one i bought is a Dairy products.. Duhh....


And CNY Season is coming, so i buy this baking tray for cookies, and at the same time can it use for making sponge cake ?? Suitable??


And the Dry Yeast, purchase it for stock up in case i need it.. They say if after use already, keep in a dry container and store in refrigerator. Is that true? By the way, can we make bread without those kneading machine, meaning using manual method by hand? I heard that it will be quite messy compare using those kneading machine. But too bad i don't have kneading machine in my kitchen.
